Meet Our Director
Suksham Sharma
Director, Conifers Montessori Academy
Suksham Sharma founded Conifers Montessori Academy in 2025, bringing to life a long-held vision for authentic Montessori education in northeast Calgary. Inspired by the philosophies of Dr. Maria Montessori and guided by a genuine passion for teaching children, she leads our Saddle Ridge community with warmth, care, and a deep respect for every child's individual path.
Under Suksham's direction, our certified educators create prepared environments where children ages 19 months to 6 years can explore, concentrate, and grow into confident, curious, and compassionate young people.
